The Downloads section gathers files readers should keep—fonts, ZIP templates, and similar—with description on the left and automatic filenames and sizes on the right. When you need a dominant visual and custom actions beside downloads, combine with Multifunction Image.
Fill one section with several rows—ideal for font families, a template ZIP next to its PDF overview, or any group of assets that belongs together. In the left column you describe the purpose; each row shows your custom label plus the file name and size on the right.
The link to the file opens a secure dialog box—the file will not download without the correct password. You can set an individual password for each item or protect it using a selected email domain. Anyone with a company email address using that domain can download the file by entering the code sent to their email.
For each row, you can set custom help text in the panel to assist with password recovery—such as the brand team’s contact email or a link to the internal wiki. This text will appear in the dialog box instead of the default message from the manual settings, which will help users who have forgotten their password.
