Embedded content (Embed) – what this section does
The Embedded content (Embed) section connects your brand manual to the tools where assets already live—slides, folders, and designs render as a live preview without copying everything into the page by hand. Need dedicated video players with richer controls? Use Video & animations.
Canva, Google Drive, and Figma enforce their own sharing rules—without “anyone with the link” (or equivalent), readers may not see the embed.
Display variants
- Canva – drop a Canva design straight into the manual; updates to the source template flow through to readers
- Google Slides – full decks from Google Drive as an interactive on-page preview
- Google Drive – embed a folder or curated files as a browsable snapshot
- SlideShare – host archived corporate decks from SlideShare alongside fresher guidelines content
- Figma – surface prototypes or UI kits so reviewers don’t need their own Figma seat
When to use it
- Pair social templates, one-pagers, or internal kits with the official brand outputs
- Training decks and roadmap presentations that iterate frequently in Google Slides
- Expose template libraries or bundled guideline PDFs through Google Drive embeds
- Preserve legacy SlideShare narratives next to up-to-date toolkit sections
- Give developers and partners a quick view of UI flows straight from Figma
Variant: Canva
Share any graphic from Canva directly in Visualbook. The content displayed is always up-to-date.
