Text – what this section can do
The Text section is the most versatile building block in a brand manual. It allows you to freely combine headings, paragraphs, lists, and images into a structured whole – whenever you need to elaborate on an idea, explain a rule, or describe a process.

Tip
The info box appears below the section title. You can choose from three types: Note for additional information, Tip for recommendations and best practices, or Warning for important warnings that must not be overlooked. The text in the info box supports bold font and links.
Headings for Content Structure
There are two types of headings available in the text section. The large heading you see above this paragraph is intended for main topics and separates individual sections of content. The smaller heading is used for subtopics and to break down content in more detail within a single section.
Smaller heading for subtopics
This smaller heading creates a visual hierarchy within a section. By combining both levels of headings, you can create a clear structure even for longer texts where you need to distinguish between main chapters and their subchapters.
Formatting text in paragraphs
Paragraph blocks support basic formatting: bold text to highlight key terms and hyperlinks to link to other parts of the manual or external sources. Both options can be freely combined within the text.
Each paragraph forms a separate block that can be moved, duplicated, or deleted in the editor. Multiple consecutive paragraphs create a continuous text flow with automatic spacing. This allows you to flexibly reorder the content without having to rewrite entire passages.
Lists for clear overviews

Lists for clear overviews
Bulleted lists are ideal whenever you need to clearly list rules, steps, or features. Each list item can contain formatted text, including bold text and links.
- Clarity – a list visually separates individual points, allowing readers to quickly find what they need
- Conciseness – each item should be concise, ideally one to two sentences
- Consistency – all items in the list should be similar in length and style
- Formatting – bold text or links can also be used within list items
Combination of blocks
The greatest strength of the text section lies in the ability to freely arrange and combine all types of blocks. A heading can be followed by a paragraph, then a list, another heading, and an image—the order depends entirely on the content's needs.
Available block types
- Heading – two levels (major and minor) for organizing content
- Paragraph – formatted text with support for bold font and links
- List – bulleted list for rules, properties, or procedural steps
- Image – insertion of an illustration or diagram directly into the text flow with an optional caption
All blocks can be easily added, moved, and deleted in the admin panel using the intuitive block editor. Content can also be edited directly on the front end using the inline editing feature.
